YOGUINI.COM is an international community of yoginis and yogis, of searchers and yoga masters.

Yogini (Sanskrit: योगिनी) is the feminine form corresponding to the masculine yogi.

Yoginis are known to possess a steadfast mind, which they cultivate through the disciplined pursuit of transcendence, an idea that is central to the practice of yoga. Yoginis are independent, outspoken women with graceful spirits, without whom yoga would fail to achieve its full, fruitful purpose.

The vast majority of modern yoga practitioners are female, including some that have attained mastery through the Yoga of mothering.

Proper respect of Yoginis is a necessary part of the path to liberation. A Yogini is the sacred feminine force made incarnate: the goddesses of mythology as well as the ordinary human woman who is enlightened.

ASANAS (YOGA POSTURES)

Yoga postures work as a self-massage to maintain the body healthy, with the chakras balanced and the energy unblocked.

It it worth mentioning that Hatha Yoga's postures and breathing techniques continue 24 hours per day since it is impossible be postureless or without breath. Therefore, it is not necessary to dedicate a specific time to practice these (while it may be helpful in some circumstances).
