YOGA

Yoga is a complete system for achieving wellness, or the complete absence of suffering. The reason that we have come to this planet is to achieve such wellness, therefore yoga is our birthright. While the many commercial offerings of yoga do provide undeniable benefits, today's yoga practicioners mostly enjoy temporary, shallow benefits instead of the permanent benefit that is available through profound self-discovery.

Yoguinis and Yoguis

The word "yoguini" means yoga practicioner. Indeed it is the feminine form of the word "yogui" but does not exclude men. As it happens, the tradition of yoga once unfairly excluded women. Male dominance prevailed for thousands of years, much to the detriment of our planet, since male leaders have failed to abolish wars and establish peace. Our world deperately needs women that are empowered with the knowing of their true essence, such that they may govern our society with true motherly benevolence.
