Yoga is the most complete system for healing the body, the mind and the soul. Wellness is our lifestyle, and permeates everything that we do. We offer therapeutic yoga courses for individuals, couples and groups so that you can bring wellness into your life and share it with your loved ones.
 

MASSAGE THERAPY

Experience our very own energizing Yoga Massage or the soft Angels Touch Massage, with either two hands or four. We recommend our four-hand service to receive soft but important stretching of the spine. It is our mission to alleviate all tension and remove all pain from your body, and our massage is not complete until we achieve this goal.
 

STEAM THERAPY

Our aromatic steam bath offers you a multitude of health benefits, such as the elimination of stress, muscle relaxation, bodily purification of environmental toxins, burning of calories and weight loss.
 

THE CHAKRAS

Through the chakras, we absorb energy from the environment, and we interchange energy amongst ourselves. The nine primary chakras are aligned in and above the spinal column.

We have several massages designed to unblock the stagnant energies in each chakra, to allow better energy circulation through your body.
 

ANTON'S VALLEY

Our spa is located on the main street of Anton's Valley, Panama. You will find us on the right hand side exactly one kilometer inside the Valley. The Valley is a beautiful touristic town filled with lovely rivers and waterfalls and volcanic hot springs. The climate is spring-like year round.
 

OUR MENU

Each of our selections is designed to bring you wellness, and every meal is prepared with love. Nearly all of our vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds are cultivated organically. We choose combinations that produce a balanced pH, or better yet an alkaline one, to help your body to eliminate more toxins.
