elimination of stress, muscle relaxation, bodily purification of environmental toxins, burning of calories and weight loss.
Through the chakras, we absorb energy from the environment, and we interchange energy amongst ourselves.
The nine primary chakras are aligned in and above the spinal column.
We have several massages designed to unblock the stagnant energies in each chakra, to allow
better energy circulation through your body.
Our spa is located on the main street of Anton's Valley, Panama. You will find us on the right hand side exactly one kilometer
inside the Valley. The Valley is a beautiful touristic town filled with lovely rivers and waterfalls and volcanic hot springs.

Each of our selections is designed to bring you wellbeing, and every meal is prepared with love.
Nearly all of our vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds are cultivated organically. We choose combinations
that produce a balanced pH, or better yet an alkaline one, to help your body to eliminate more toxins.
